How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply select your products and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, complete your payment, and you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Orders are dispatched the next working day (Mon-Fri) after payment confirmation.
How will my order be shipped?
UK Shipping – We use Royal Mail’s 24-hour tracked service, ensuring your order arrives quickly and securely.
Can I track my order?
We don’t automatically send out tracking codes. Once your order is dispatched, it should arrive within 1 working day. If your order is taking longer than usual, please contact customer service who can provide a tracking code.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations before payment confirmation.
