How do I place an order?

UK Shipping – We use Royal Mail’s 24-hour tracked service, ensuring your order arrives quickly and securely.
We don’t automatically send out tracking codes. Once your order is dispatched, it should arrive within 1 working day. If your order is taking longer than usual, please contact customer service who can provide a tracking code.

Please contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes or cancellations before payment confirmation.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe (2-3 working days), please contact us via WhatsApp and we will assist you in tracking it down.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your order details and photos of the item.
